Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
